Dear Visa Officer,
I, YOUR FULL NAME, am penning this letter of application to support my request for a spouse visa. This is due to the fact that my beloved wife, WIFE’S NAME, is presently toiling at COMPANY’s NAME. Since she left, she has also been terribly homesick, and I, too, have missed her dreadfully. With this application, I intend to draw your attention to why I intend to make this brief trip, as well as put forth my genuine reasons very clearly. Before going into great detail about the equally compelling reasons that drove my return to India, I’ll first highlight its nature and purpose.
Purpose of Visit –
We haven’t been apart for more than a few days since we got married, which has strengthened our relationship. We don’t intend to start functioning without each other any time soon because we have never been able to do so. It’s terrific that our psychological and emotional trajectories are so similar. I want to give my wife, my full support in her decision to continue her professional endeavors in Canada. We have a very loving and supportive family, so I feel it is my responsibility as her husband to support her in her ambitions.
I want to go to Canada with my wife for the brief time of her course so that we can spend some quality time together because my wife and I have such a strong emotional connection that we used to commemorate even the smallest milestones together, and we now find it impossible to imagine ever being apart for even a single day. We’re all here because we want to support and celebrate each other’s success. In addition, one of my main duties as a husband is to constantly support my wife financially and emotionally. At this time, when her work is at its most demanding, I especially want her to know that I am always there for her and will always be.
About me –
I am a highly motivated and professionally inclined person who has worked extremely hard over the years to succeed in the X industry and establish myself as an expert member of the Indian workforce.
I have previously gone abroad for education because I have consistently given it my all to move up the professional ladder.
However, I have made sure that my professional endeavors are rooted in my home nation because I love my family.
I have been working as a (name of designation) at (firm’s name) currently.
I have informed my current employer of my situation as a responsible employee, and given my excellent work ethic and the tireless work I have done in the past to advance the growth of the country, my employer has gladly allowed me to take a sabbatical for the brief period of my wife’s professional endeavor in Canada.
About our marriage –
We met through our families for the first time, and it was an arranged marriage. When I saw my wife, it was love at first sight. I knew I wanted to marry her as soon as I met her because I could tell she was a strong-minded, independent, and ambitious lady whose beliefs matched mine. I couldn’t help but smile when I realized she and I shared the same emotions. We started talking frequently, and as we did, I noticed that I was falling more and more in love with her. Despite the fact that we had only recently fallen in love, we were adamant about our decision and fought against all opposition. Finally, with the support of our elders and loved ones, we got married in an intimate, small ceremony. We were overjoyed to witness our friends and family dancing and having the time of their lives.
The pandemic is still my favorite memory of our time together as a married couple. We were able to be together 24 hours a day during the epidemic because everyone had to work from home, which was a profoundly transformative experience. We grew to be much more intimate than we had been before. A priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life was created by simply being there with her in every moment.
About my spouse –
I was drawn to my wife because she was constantly driven to develop personally and professionally. She was very clear that she wanted a partner who would support her if and when she decided to pursue upskilling, even as we were discussing our future plans during our first meeting. Her clear vision and tenacity greatly impressed me, and I now realize that she is the perfect role model for our kids.
As she made the decision to enroll, advanced her professional journey, and expanded her existing managerial acumen profile. She found Canada to be an extremely hospitable and advanced country to move in. Since then, there has been a robust mutual sense of missing each other’s company.
Accommodation Details in Canada –
I’ve been preparing for this trip for a while, and I’ve already made all the arrangements for my lodging and spending money. I will be staying in the same shared home in Griffins Drive, Scarborough, where my wife is currently putting in during my brief visit. The full address is provided below: (address)
To support her claim that she is currently residing there, I have also attached the rent deed.
Sponsor’s details –
My in-laws are as close to me as my own family. As a result, my father-in-law has been gracious enough to provide financial support after realizing how much his daughter and my wife needed me to be there for them. I have included a CA evaluation report with a thorough list of my liquid and real estate assets. My father-in-law has Y CAD in his savings right now, while I have X CAD. This should be adequate for one person’s travel and lodging during the specified time frame.
Home Ties –
My mother is entirely dependent on me as a result of the tragic death of my dear father. We have always been a very close-knit family, so I cannot under any circumstances bear to leave her. I was raised with a great deal of comfort and care, and my parents made sure that I never went without anything. It is my duty to give my mother the best care possible as she ages after my father’s passing.
Additionally, I oversee the X CAD worth of movable and immovable assets belonging to our family here in India. Thus, returning home is essential for me in order to handle everything.
Apart from my family, I have to return to fulfill my work-related commitments and responsibilities here in India. It makes no sense for me to continue the journey in Canada because both my family and my source of income are in India. I was born and raised in this country, and I am incredibly proud of it. My job in India would rank as the second most important argument in favor of my return. This is how I earn a living in addition to having a job with responsibility at the company.
Therefore, I must return there and resume my duties.
Scope of employment on returning –
I consider myself fortunate to have an understanding employer who highly values my effort and commitment on the job front. As previously mentioned, my (designation of the employer) – (name) has given me a formal letter stating that my current company will rehire me in my current capacity after my return. I’ve included a formal proof of this for your consideration in the attachment. In addition, since I have X years of experience and an international credential under my belt, I could always find work in my domain in top-tier Indian companies like Accenture, Reliance, Wipro, or Amazon once I return.
Conclusion –
I have traveled extensively in the past, visiting numerous locations all over India as well as going abroad to the United Kingdom to further my education. I have always strictly followed the travel requirements of any and all visa permits I have been given, and I have never violated any immigration laws during any of my travels. I therefore sincerely hope that you will grant me a spouse visa so that I may visit her and be with her for a brief period of X months.
Thank you.
